How do I return a product?
If your product was shipped, contact customer service or call for specific instructions.
If you purchased products or picked up products ordered online in our store, return to the store for return processing.
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of
purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned
merchandise in as shipped condition.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless product is received defective or damaged and buyer has paid for additional insurance if value is over $100.00.
If buyer chooses to ship when temperatures are above 75 degrees Fahrenheit buyer assumes all risk for heat damage.
