Glaymond The Distance Shiraz 2003The grapes for this full-bodied wine were hand picked from my family vineyard in the gently rugged Barossa Valley. My passion for wine started when I picked my first bunch of grapes at the ripe old age of four! Now, I am fortunate to bring my passion for wine to others who share this enjoyment. The Distance is a proud Barossa Red of deep color, rich in fruit and subtle tannins. Indulge now or cellar and reward yourself in 7 to 10 years.
Hobbs Grenache 2003 375mlTypically with our dessert wines, the berries have been dried to achieve a higher baume, increasing the concentration of flavours within the shrivelled berry to produce an intensely concentrated, rich, natural flavour.

Château Coutet Barsac 2000Classified as first growth in 1855, Chateau Coutet accomplishes its mission of excellence. It has the freshness and fines that one comes to expect from the great wines of Bordeaux. Its elegant liveliness and the sensuality of its aromas classify it among the best Sauternes. You will appreciate the perfect harmony of its bouquet and theroasted hints of Botrytis which gave Coutet, as the wine ages, the delicacy of an unrivalled bouquet. When young, the wine hints of the fine aromas of orange blossoms, citrus fruit, honey and vanilla. As the wine ages, it develops depth and warmth. A spiciness is also apparent, mingled with hints of exotic flowers and candied citrus.
Galardi Terra di Lavoro 2008The family-owned Galardi estate produces just one wine and it does so with perfection. Located on volcanic slopes in northwestern Campania, the vineyards are nestled among chestnut groves and benefit from Mediterranean Sea breezes. Terra di Lavoro actually means "land of work" in Italian, a name that has historical roots, but also accurately reflects the difficult volcanic soil composition which results in very low yields. In this challenging environment, Aglianico and its supporting grape Piedirosso produce wines of incredible depth, complexity and elegance.
Domenico Clerico Barolo Pajana 2006'Pajana' comes from a vineyard at 300 meters with due south exposure, and is typically less perfumed on the nose than 'Ciabot' but rounder and lusher on the palate.
Domaine Serene Coeur Blanc 2008Coeur Blanc is a unique, barrel-fermented white wine made from fully mature, 100% estate-grown Pinot Noir grapes. It is full-bodied, richly textured and has a flavor profile that captures both the red and white wine characteristics of our cool climate growing region.
Domaine Mongeard Mugneret Grands Echezeaux 2010To the Eye: A pure bright deep red, truly stunning. Clear and limpid, the shifting colour nuances often vary, though generally tending towards fairly dark shades of garnet or violet-purple - a colour that holds the eye. To the Nose: With age, the palette tends towards pepper and musk, animal pelts, leather and spices, prunes. Sometimes the bouquet hints at scents of woodland undergrowth, moss, mushrooms, damp earth, game. Fruit preserved in alcohol and mulberries round off this range of aromas. Especially in young wines, one may well encounter scents of pine, dog roses, violets and fresh cherries. In the Mouth: Peaceful and dreamy, serene with age, subtle and refined, this wine fully reveals the complex nature of a really good Burgundy, all the art that can be achieved through the medium of pinot noir grapes grown on one particular terroir. The structure is outstanding: solid, full-bodied, rich and exceptionally harmonious. It is wholly appropriate for the qualification Great to precede Echezeaux in the name Grands-Echezeaux. It has that extra touch of class, of vinosity, and a dense and subtle texture.
Paul Hobbs CrossBarn ChardonnayHailing from cool parcels within the Sonoma Coast appellation, the wine showcases bright straw yellow and opens with aromas of slate, lemon rind, and honeysuckle. Alluring flavors of Gala apple skin and white stone fruit are balanced by a crisp and flinty mineral texture on the mid-palate that epitomizes the fruit grown on these fog-washed vineyards. The vibrant acidity provides precision and length that drives a lingering finish.
Vilmart & Cie Grand Cellier Rubis Brut RoséThis cuvee is appreciated with refined dishes, such as salmon in strawberry foil or fried langoustines. It can also be served with a fillet of red mullet, or even a rib of lamb marinated with vegetables. Finally, for sushi lovers, this champagne is the perfect match.
Paul Hobbs Russian River Valley Pinot Noir 2012Deep violet in color, this lush yet stately pinot noir seduces with aromas of black raspberry, violets, sassafras, clove and cocoa butter. Juicy red fruits, earl gray tea, hazelnut and damp red clay flavors complement its velvet‐like texture and very long finish.
Paul Hobbs Beckstoffer To Kalon Cabernet Sauvignon 2012Sourced from favored rows within the acclaimed C2 block of Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard, this elegant wine exudes class and refinement. It is dark violet in hue with aromas of blueberry, lavender, balsa, wet stone, vanilla and biscotti. Velvety tannins give this wine a luxurious mouthfeel that is punctuated by bright elegant flavors of boysenberry pie, mocha, pipe tobacco, salted caramel, and shale. A refined finish of black fruit, tar and wet earth persist for more than a minute long. We recommend decanting this wine in its youth.
Orin Swift Machete 2017Pure inky garnet in the glass, the aromatics of plum compote, wild blackberries, crushed gravel, peanut brittle and Tahitian vanilla emanate. Massive on the entry, the mid-palate is diverse with flavors of dark plums, black pepper, Amarena cherries, slow-roasted Moroccan lamb and a marbled leather texture. Rich, enveloping and vivacious, the wine finishes with perpetuating energy and length-not to mention the satisfying tannins that rouse a desire for more.
