Round Hill Merlot
Our 2010 Merlot has a bright ruby color with aromas of juicy, ripe, red cherry, dried herbs and vanilla spice. On the palate, it has good acidity and firm tannins with flavors of cherry and blueberry leading to a long, lingering finish. The soft, fruitiness of this wine pairs well with roast chicken, meatloaf, lamb and prime rib of beef. It is also an excellent choice to pair with favorite pasta dishes like spaghetti Bolognese or farfalle with chicken.
