Two Hands Samantha's Garden Shiraz 2004
|Region||Australia, South Australia, Clare Valley|
Deep red to the core with a soft purple hue. Vibrant red berry fruit and dark cherries with the merest hint of camphor, the aromas are lifted, seductive and elegant. The most elegant style of the Garden Series, the palate displays a medium density backed by generous layers of bright red berry fruit mingled with gentle a spice. Lively but gentle lingering tannins add a vibrancy leaving a long and persistent finish.
Bright and upright, a rather austere style of Shiraz that has layers of plum and slightly unripe blueberry fruit, focused and long, playing against refined tannins and racy acidity. Needs time to pull itself together. Best from 2008 through 2015.
